LP sold the real state brokerage arm of their business due to their decision to liquidate all assets held by the company as they continue to wind down their development-related activities. What better way to do so than to put it into the hands of men responsible for managing much of its sales success in its best years, King, who will serve as the organization’s president, and Miller, whose father helped found the company decades ago.
